Mountain Lions are North America’s most efficient predators which is why lion hunting is one of our personal favorites. Once you hunt and harvest one of these “Ghosts,” the vivid memory will be etched in your mind forever!
Mountain Lion hunting is like no other hunt and no hunt is the same. We start hunting lions in mid November, but occasionally we will get an early snow and hunt a few in late October or early November. The day starts early, the hounds are anxious and ready for a chase. Our guides scout all night during a storm to locate fresh tracks for our clients. Once a good track is located, we bring the client in with the hounds and the chase is on! As you follow the hounds through the scenic snow covered terrain, you will hear the different baying sounds echo through the canyons. This "Complete Outdoor Experience" is one that will never fade from your memory. Come prepared for a hunt that will provide an adrenaline pumping experience to share with your friends and family upon your return home. Your camera will get lots of use on this trip. The winter scenery in New Mexico is like no other place!

We utilize multiple modes of transportation during the hunt (Trucks, ATVs and snowmobiles) depending on the conditions and location of the hunt, so come prepared.

The hunt includes; license, guides, hounds, field preparation of your trophy and transportation during the hunt. Lodging and meals are arranged at a local hotel casino at the hunter’s expense.

For clients flying in for their hunt, Albuquerque, NM is the closest full service airport. You can rent a vehicle and drive 1.5 hours to our meeting location in Espanola, NM.
